We are not only creating solutions for arc welding. As a matter of fact our broad application competence allows us to deliver robot automation solutions for a number of other processes. Material handling, screwing, studwelding and more. Some of these processes is described below.
Handling of various components occur in several different processes. For this purpose, we use different types of grippers. In this case a vacuum suction in combination with a gripper.
This station is used for plasma cutting of holes where different details will be welded. The robot is equipped with an automatic tool exchanger which makes it possible to after cutting switch over to a welding torch in order to complete the workpiece without taking it out of the positioner.
Nut or bolt welding are other operations which sometimes occurs together with arc welding. Also these can be combined with for instance arc welding by using the automatic tool changer.
This station is used for screwing together different parts for outdoor furnitures. The robot handles a tool which automatically feeds new screws and then screwing them in selected position.
External robot axes are used in this case to control the pre-heating before welding. This gives a rapid and controlled heating of the relevant part of the workpiece.
